Rentals
(100kW–3MW)
Activ8 offers fixed-term rental agreements for projects between 100kW and 3MW, providing clients with predictable costs and no upfront capital investment. At the end of the rental period, ownership of the system transfers fully to the client, creating long-term value and independence. To ensure peace of mind, clients may also extend support through an optional service-level agreement (SLA) for ongoing operations and maintenance.
Power Purchase Agreements
(300kW–3MW)
Our Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) are designed for larger projects between 300kW and 3MW, supplying clients with long-term energy at fixed rates below Eskom tariffs. These agreements eliminate the need for upfront capital investment and guarantee that ownership of the system transfers to the client at the end of the term. Clients can also choose to retain Activ8 as their operations and maintenance partner through an SLA for seamless long-term performance.
Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning (EPC) Capability
Beyond financing, Activ8 provides full EPC capability with in-house expertise in design, financial structuring, and long-term operations. Construction and installation are carried out by trusted subcontractor partners, ensuring high-quality delivery while creating jobs, building skills, and supporting sustainable local partnerships.
